YOKOSUKA, Japan — Seaman Allegra Mastin, from Desoto, Texas, and Seaman Daniel Livas, from Fruitland, Idaho, perform deck preservation of the port boat deck on the Navy’s only forward-deployed aircraft carrier USS Ronald Reagan (CVN 76).
