Sensere, a band blending R&B, funk, and soul, has redefined Gospel music. Their unique style combines powerful vocals, live instrumentation, and energetic performances. The group has been together for over two decades.
2025 marked a milestone year with Sensere achieving its first #1 Mediabase single. “That’s God…LaLaLa” also reached #2 on the Billboard Gospel Radio chart. The song is the lead single from their fourth album.
The album, Fred Hammond Presents: Sensere The Soul of Future Worship Vol. 2, was released on Tribl Records/Wright Sound Music. Grammy-nominated founder James “Jdubb” Wright produced the project. It features artists Mali Music, Keyondra Lockett, B. Slade, Darlene McCoy, and Fred Hammond.

Wright said, “We stayed true to ourselves and the vision God gave us. This year shows the fruits of our labor.” He emphasized faith and dedication as keys to Sensere’s success. The band continues to inspire through music and performance.
Sensere has performed nationally, including Radio One’s Praise in the Park in Atlanta. They backed award-winning artists James Fortune, Dottie Peoples, and William Murphy while showcasing songs from their latest album. The band also participated in interviews with national media outlets.
Momentum continues as Sensere prepares to release the Christmas single “Joy & Peace” featuring Adolphus on November 28. Fans can expect a mix of soulful vocals and festive energy. Their success positions them as a major force in contemporary Gospel music.
